Off the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen showcasing new cabinets and granite countertopns. From the kitchen, you can access the beautifully designed great room as well as a large southeast facing deck. The great room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the wooded location.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. The master suite has a king size bed, television, large walk-in closet, a full bath, and electric fireplace. The two other bedrooms share a full bath and have a queen bed in one and one twin bed in the second.
The lower level contains two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twins. The twin room has a private half bathroom. The second living room is also on this level with a large television, dart board, and various other games. From here, you also access the outdoor hot tub.
The spacious layout of the Delphi House makes it possible for a group or multiple families to enjoy this property. *Please note, gatherings greater than 20 people are not permitted in this property.
