Jackson Hole Lodging & Vacation Rentals

An adventure outpost with incredible skiing and snowboarding in the winter and unparalleled sightseeing, hiking, and biking in the summer, Jackson Hole, WY, is truly a year-round destination. Many use it as the gateway to Yellowstone National Park. But nonstop summer activities and great winter skiing make Jackson Hole a highly visited destination.

During the winter months, epic annual snowfall of 450+ inches, 4,139 feet of vertical rise, and a 100-passenger tram make Jackson Hole a popular ski destination. The mountain offers terrain for skiers and snowboarders, whatever their skill. Upgraded lifts ensure quick mountain access to the 2,500 acres of in-bounds trails and, for the more experienced skier/boarder, entrance into more than 3,000 acres of backcountry terrain. With the longest continuous vertical rise in the nation, Jackson Hole dominates every list of top ski resorts.

Jackson Hole also is attractive for its commitment to the envirnment. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort offsets 100% of its energy with renewable energy credits, recycles 1/3 of its trash annually, and is third-party ISO-certified as a “green” company. This distinction is shared by only one other ski resort.
